Introducing: My daughter Jade Alaina.
Jade has been working with me in my business since she was just a little girl. She has great taste and is so knowledgeable. She is always sharing her beauty and fashion secrets with me. I have so appreciated them.
Last week, a light bulb went off. Hire Jade to be the blog writer for my lipstick websites. She has agreed.

Jade what really lights you up?
Music really lights me up. I love to play my guitar and sing.
Who are your favorite singers?
Some of my favorite singers are: Bruno Mars, Shane Harper, Adele, and Pink, I like her song called Crystal Ball. I find new artists every day and change my opinion every other day.
What are your top three favorite things to do in your spare time?
Well, music of course.
I also love to watch makeup and hair tutorials on YouTube.
Another passion of mine is reading magazines and finding out what the newest fashion trends are.
When did you start working for LPaige Lipstick at GinnyJillb?
I have never officially become a GinnyJillB employee until a couple days ago. But, I have always supported my mom and have gone to every show with her, handled her business when she is out of town, etc. Its just something, Ive grown up with. It is fun. I love helping my her find great products and share them with her customers.
Now that you have this new position with a title - Blog Writer for GinnyJillB. What kind of articles and tips are you going to share with the world? What do you want this position to be?
I want to stay on the topic of beauty. But, I also want to expand it to include Music and Fashion.
It would be fun to have some people ask me questions. I think that would make this job a bit more fun for me. Plus, it would be nice not to have to come up with all the topics myself.
I just want to help people to feel more beautiful and find the soundtrack for their lives.
